Service Description

Our Pre-Integration Sessions are the 2nd part of our process. Working from what was discovered in our Intro Session, we begin to explore certain areas that have been blocking you from living your best life through talk therapy. You will be introduced to tools that will help you build a foundation for your journey ahead such as mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork.

Cancellation Policy

Please be punctual. We have a busy schedule and if you show up late we will only go to the alotted time. If you cancel less than a day out, you wont receive a refund. By booking this session you fully agree.
